  • Most studios are live within seven days. Day one we import your schedule, class types, instructors, and active memberships. By day three you take your first live booking. By day seven your members are using the branded app. We bring your historical data along too — bookings, payments, and member records — so nothing is left behind.

  • It reads your studio data every morning and writes a short brief: which classes need attention, which members are about to churn, and three concrete moves to try this week. It does not autoplay messages to members, does not change prices, and does not touch your schedule without you. Think of it as a thoughtful colleague who already did the spreadsheet work.

  • Yes — Lumora integrates with Stripe, iPay88, and Razer, and we're adding regional rails (FPX, PayNow, GrabPay, OVO, PromptPay) so members can pay the way they prefer. If you already have a processor relationship, we'll plug into it. If you'd rather we set one up, we can have you accepting payments within an afternoon.

  • Yes — and they will want to. The Lumora-branded app is on iOS and Android, and members can also book through your website. The first time a member opens the app, we keep their existing credits, plan, and history exactly as they were. No re-onboarding awkwardness.

  • No long-term contract. Monthly plans are month-to-month; annual plans are 12 months and save you about 15%. If you decide Lumora isn't for you, we'll help you export your data and move on — no clawbacks, no off-boarding fee.

  • Like your studio. The member app, the booking website, the receipts, and the marketing emails all carry your name, logo, and palette. Lumora's name appears in the App Store metadata on the Sprout plan, but anywhere your members spend time, they see you.

  • Yes — the Bloom plan covers up to three locations and Atelier is unlimited. Schedules, memberships, and reporting can be shared, separated, or rolled up by region. Staff get role-based access scoped to the locations they actually work at.

  • Lumora is PSG-eligible for Singapore SMEs — you can claim up to 50% of qualifying cost. In Malaysia, we're built for MyInvois (e-Invoicing) compliance, including the LHDN consolidated submission flow. We'll walk you through the paperwork on the call.
